Waiting for Mega Deal
In the middle of economic condition uncertainty shocked news come from the Google who are discussing the opportunity of make Yahoo acquisition. The maneuver from Google will make the giant to be bigger in the network marketing because as we know both of they are giants in the network advertising. The question is where is the Microsoft as the hottest rival of Google? I think Microsoft are tired of speculating in taking Yahoo since the several rejections answer from Yahoo as the answer of the acquisition proposal offered several months ago.
I think if Microsoft took the Yahoo then they will suffer double loss because the stock price of all three gigantic network company have been decreased deeply in average down 30-40 % then its initial value in the early 2008. Better than speculating in our heart then we should wait for the realization of the proposal.
Accepted or not we still be the eyewitness of the pre mega deal which may be will be the biggest take over when it is realized. But in my opinion, there is a little worry if the deal is realized because in every aspect, the monopoly is always not making a good end for the people because no competition at all and absolutely people will be the victim.
