How are you link insurance in the middle of derivative market crash? Actually the life insurance is the most popular one for people who are looking for guarantee for his future. The life insurance asset is still developed along with the curious and worried about the derivative market. I’m certainly surprised because of this fact because the stock and derivatives lost 50% of its initial value last year. That is not simple thing because the stock expert predicted the lost that world got is about one or two quad billion. How amazing the number of lost in this crisis is. But how it can be the life insurance still developed in this industry.
My opinion said it is because the perspective of the investor has changed so much. When they are buying the life insurance it means they buy the planned future so in the future they won’t suffer because of lacking money and earning. Also they want to protect their life from sickness and handicap which may occurs in the future. This is not only investment because it more likes the guarantee of level prosperity which we planned before.
So, the conclusion is although the economic crisis and derivative market still shocked but I think the life insurance will survive through this uncertainty economic moment because it has different purpose for the investor.
